Can Columbine Hybrids Be Grown From Seed?
In my garden Columbine hybrids grown from my own seed are the ones most eagerly looked forward to for their first bloom. These are named for the mothers of friends; the best-beloved of these is a rich red short-spurred one I named Mary Lacey Foss. It has proved to be one of my most dependables and typifies to me her strength in putting up with her son.
